S.A.V.E. Policies and Procedures 
 

Booking & Deposit Policy
To secure your spot in any class or session, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due prior to the start of the session or as agreed upon. Deposits ensure your commitment and help reserve time specifically for you.
No-Show Policy
If a client does not show up for a scheduled class or appointment without prior notice, the session will be marked as a no-show and the full amount will be charged. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.
Cancellation Policy (Client)
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, your deposit will be forfeited. For prepaid classes or packages, a last-minute cancellation may result in the session being marked as used.
Cancellation Policy (Instructor)
If I need to cancel a class or session due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, I will notify you as soon as possible. Clients will be offered the option to:

  • Reschedule at no additional cost

  • Receive a full refund of any payment made (including deposit)

I value your time and strive to be as reliable and communicative as possible.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for deposits, missed classes, or completed services. Exceptions may be made in rare cases at the sole discretion of the instructor.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or canceled and considered a no-show, depending on the service and schedule.
